About 3 years ago I was referred to Auto City by the mechanic I had been going to for several years. He had been working on our vehicles for a long time but there had been some changes in his business and we were no longer happy with their service. I had a four year old vehicle that was going through front tires like crazy and he could not remedy the situation. He told me to try Auto City of some other facility in Manchester that I do not recall the name of.

As a liability insurance adjuster I had heard good things about Auto City so I brought my vehicle in. It was not body work so I was still anxious as I know very little about the mechanics of my vehicle and my husband does not have the time or tools to work on our cars.

 It was at this time that I met Leo Briand. I was very apprehensive about what was going on with my vehicle that I could not afford to replace. I do not trust most mechanics and feel that they usually take advantage of unknowing customers, especially women.

Leo was kind, courteous, professional and most of all, honest! He was polite, timely and reassured me. It turned out to be an easy fix and very affordable.

Since then we have brought all of our vehicles to Leo and he has always been honest and given me the most cost effective options from my son's ancient Honda to my invaluable minivan that runs the family. He has always been polite, honest and made each "emergency" easier to deal with. From having a car towed in over the weekend to a routine inspection he has made each situation a pleasant experience.

Leo Briand, ASE Master Certified Mechanic/Service Manager The service manager works with customers to schedule service work and communicate any additional service needed. Leo inspects, maintains and repairs vehicles. Utilizing diagnostic tools to identify the source of problems and then make adjustments or repairs.
